    If an app is crashing for you, you can obtain a crash log from your iPad and forward it to our Support team for assistance. You do this by first syncing your device to your computer using iTunes. You can then find your crash logs in one the following locations: 
     

    • If you are on Mac OS X: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
      Please note: If you are on Mountain Lion, Apple introduced a 'hide' function for the user Library icon with the release of Mountain Lion. Within Finder, select your user Desktop and click COMMAND + Shift + G and search for '~/Library/'. This will take you to the appropriate folder where you can then find Logs/Crash Reporter/MobileDevice. 
    • If you are on Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/
    • If you are on Windows Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter/MobileDevice
       

    Please compress your crash log files into a .zip folder before sending them to our Support team at support@oomphhq.com.
