Oomph givers users the option of share the current page that they are viewing via Facebook, Twitter and email. To share a page from within an application, the user can tap any non-interactive area in the content to bring up the in-app navigation, and to the left there are two tabs - one is for bookmarking the page and the other is for sharing. If sharing is not turned on within your app (you can request this) or if the user has not configured their email within the Mail application on their device, they will only see the bookmark tab.
To allow your users to utilise these features, you need to set up applications for each of the social networking websites (Facebook and/or Twitter). This allows your iPad application to communicate with your social page, which in turn will allow you to track how many people are sharing via the application etc. HOW?
To set up your Facebook application, click here. As of iOS5, Twitter is natively supported therefore, you are no longer required to create a Twitter app to link to your application.
