iTunes Connect allows you to provide your application name, description, keywords etc in multiple languages. When you create your application you can add multiple languages, or you can add more languages when you add a new version of your application. If you provide two languages e.g. Default is Australian English, and the second language is French; any store that is French speaking will see the French description etc, then all other stores will see the default Australian English. The follow covers adding multiple languages when creating your application from scratch, and adding more languages later as an app update.
